In episode 26 probably. I think Aushwallen will be used to awaken A, instead of the way it was used in manga.

I don't want to ruin it for you guys but angels vs Zero Squad is totally getting off-screened like the manga.

If they show it they are going to look even worse because they won't use their power-ups.

Looking at the leaked pics that @ovy7 shared I didn’t see anything new besides the Yhwach flashback.

Not a good sign.

? What are you expecting outside that, the new things are the new Yhwach scene and the fact that he leaves before using Aushwalen.

The Uryu hope is more about the next episode.

Honestly Kubo was forced into a bind with the story combined with the fact that he was forced by circumstances to rush that point of the story. That's why we see the buildup to a fight rather than the battle itself.

Another issue is that if he created an all out fight between the Schutzstaffel and Zero Squad then they'd reveal all their abilities. That would lessen the hype and narrative momentum for the other characters and subsequent battles they'd have with the Schutzstaffel.

Honestly I feel like if both the manga and anime were given more time, a more equitable compromise between both of these extremes could have been reached. Rather than letting Gerard get jobbed by Oetsu you could have had him get saved by a shot from Oetsu which forces Oetsu to deflect those bullets.

Then when he tries to blitz Lille, Pernida could step in contorting Oetsu's blade right as he's about to strike down Lille.

Oetsu could then bring out another Zanpakuto as he's the "god of the sword" with multiple Zanpakuto at his disposal.

The same could have applied with the other Squad Zero Members and the Schutzstaffel. Then the scene could cut to Yhwach and his simultaneous battle with Ichibei. The Auswahlen could then be used to empower himself there where he uses that power to regain the Almighty.

With the sudden death of Ichibei, the rest of Squad Zero are shocked, and when they're off guard Lille could then whip out The X-Axis taking out Oetsu while the other Schutzstaffel do the same to the rest of Squad Zero. This would keep the reputation of both Squad Zero and the Schutzstaffel intact. The Schutzstaffel come out more fearsome especially since unlike the other Sternritter, they're not just OP, but are also a functional team instead of dysfunctional band of misfits.

Time to see what it looks like to divide by zero
